HCG Ultra Diet Drops Protocol

PHASE1 - Loading

During the first two days of the program (while taking the HCG Ultra Diet drops), we ask that you eat as you normally do, including eating foods such as bread, butter, fried foods and chocolate.  Phase 1 is vital as it prepares the body with more accessible fat while it’s “loading” up on the HCG Ultra Diet Drops. Doing this allows the HCG drops to target and go after the stored fat once you move to Phase 2, the low calorie diet. This first Phase is one of the keys to your success as it sets the stage for your diet, giving you a strong foundation.  Make sure and take 25 drops (this will amount to ¾ of a dropper) of the HCG Ultra Diet Drops before each meal.  You will need 2 bottles for a 1-month cycle (4 oz), which will take you through Phase1 and Phase 2 of the program.

PHASE2 - Protocol

Your weight loss protocol (Phase 2) begins on day three.  At this point you MUST follow the prescribed program without deviation.  Eating more food than the plan allows or consuming foods that are not allowed will only cause an immediate weight gain.  It is also important that you correct any deviations should they occur.  You must return immediately to the stated diet plan. Fluids are critical to the success of this program.  You must drink a minimum of 100 ounces of water every day.  This is about 10 to 12 glasses of water every day.   If you do not drink enough water your weight loss total will decrease.  You may have 3 diet sodas, or 3 glasses of Crystal Lite every day.  However, these drinks do not count toward your water intake.  Tea (except as listed below) and Coffee should not be consumed.  However if you do consume them be advised that caffeine and sugar substitutes can stimulate hunger. Alcohol may be consumed sparingly on this program.

PHASE2 – Daily Meals

You will be consuming three meals a day (approximately 1,000 calories). If you want to lose weight faster, you may choose to take in fewer calories than what is suggested below.  Shoot for 150 to 200 for breakfast, 250 to 275 for lunch with a 100 to 225 calorie snack in the mid-afternoon and a 350 to 400 calorie dinner. 

Breakfast

Take ¾ dropper full of HCG Ultra Diet Drops-

1/2-cup cereal (only Special K, Total, or Cheerios) and 1/2-cup of skim milk or 1 eggs with 1 45-calorie piece of sliced toast. Or one-half cup of oatmeal (not instant) with 3 tbsp of Almond Milk or Skim Milk

Lunch

Take ¾ dropper full of HCG Ultra Diet Drops-

5-oz Protein (please weigh before cooking) from our approved food list (below) or 1-cups nonfat cottage cheese.  1-cups cooked or raw vegetables from our list and 1-cups fruit from approved list.

Snack

Sugar-Free Sweet Pickles and White Turkey Breast or one-half of a low carb protein bar (200 calorie or less protein bar equaling 90 to 100 calories) or an apple with one-half cup of cottage cheese or 200 calorie bag of popcorn.

Dinner

Take ¾ dropper full of HCG Ultra Diet Drops-

5-oz Protein (please weigh before cooking) from our approved food list or 1-cups nonfat cottage cheese.
1-cups cooked or raw vegetables from our list and 1-cups fruit from approved list.

Seasonings and Condiments Most spices should be used in your hCG meals. Avoid using butter, fat or oil. Pam cooking spray may be used for cooking. Salt may also be used. Vinegar, lemon or lime should be used liberally. Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, picante sauce, and horseradish sauce are allowed in moderation. When using these spices, make sure there is NO SUGAR CONTENT (Sugar substitutes containing 0 calories may also be used).

 

After Weight Loss

 

PHASE3 Maintenance (keeping you at your ideal weight)

After completing the main weight loss phase (Phase2), you are now ready to go into the longer-term portion of our program, the maintenance phase. You should plan on staying on this program for at least 180 days. Having succeeded in cleansing your body and losing a good amount of weight, your body is primed and ready to enter this phase. As much as possible, stay away from starchy foods and sugar-filled foods including processed foods for the first two weeks (except for your cheat day, which is explained below).

First and foremost you will want to consume the appropriate amount of calories.  Most people, including licensed dietitians, underestimate the amount of calories they are consuming. What is the right amount of calories to consume? Take your ideal weight and add a zero.  This is the general rule and can be adjusted slightly in some cases.  If your ideal weight is 220lbs then your new calorie amount should be 2,200 calories.  If your ideal weight is 110lbs then you can eat approximately 1100 to 1200 calories.

Secondly, you need to better understand the difference in eating good carbs versus bad carbs. A good rule of thumb is to stay away from refined and processed foods. Bad carbs are usually distinguished best by their color – white.  Typically, foods that are highly refined and or processed are high in calories and low in nutritional density. On the flip side good carbs will provide better nutrition and fulfill your hunger needs for longer periods of time. Moreover, good carbs will better fuel your body and allow you to have more energy throughout your day. One to measure what are ‘good carbs’ is by reading the nutritional profile of the carbohydrate section of the label. The best carbs are fibrous carbs. Fibrous carbs and green vegetables are full of fiber, nutrients and are low in calorie density. It’s hard to eat too much fibrous carbs and greens.

In our Phase 3 brochure we have included a sample of a daily food plan for those on 1300 to 1500 calories. Also included is a list of top fibrous carbs, vegetables, lean proteins, fruits, and starchy carbs/whole grains. Although we don’t think it’s realistic to stick to the list 100 percent of the time, we do suggest you shoot for 95 percent compliance. Any plans to deviate more than 5 percent from the list of foods below should be saved for your cheat day
